Information We Do Not Collect

EverShot Cam does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal information. Specifically:

• We do not collect your name, email address, or any account information.
• We do not track your location.
• We do not use any analytics, crash reporting, or advertising SDKs.
• We do not share any data with third parties.
• We do not require you to create an account.
• No data ever leaves your device.

Device Permissions

EverShot Cam requests the following device permissions solely to provide its core functionality:

• Camera — Required to capture video using your device's rear cameras. Without this permission the app cannot function.
• Microphone — Required to record audio alongside your video. Without this permission video will be recorded without sound.
• Photos (Add Only) — Required to save your finished recordings to your Photos library. We never read from your photo library — we only write to it.

You can revoke these permissions at any time in your iPhone's Settings app. Revoking a permission will disable the corresponding feature.

Data Stored on Your Device

EverShot Cam stores a small amount of data locally on your device only:

• App preferences — Settings such as resolution, frame rate, and overlay preferences are saved in your device's local storage (UserDefaults) if you enable "Save Preferences" in the app. This data never leaves your device.
• Teleprompter script — Any script text you type into the teleprompter is saved locally in the app's private Documents folder on your device. This data is never transmitted or shared.
• Recorded video — Videos are written directly to your Photos library and temporary files are cleaned up after saving. We do not retain copies.

Third-Party Services

EverShot Cam does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. No third-party SDKs that collect user data are included in the app.

Children's Privacy

EverShot Cam does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The app is rated 4+ on the App Store.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this privacy policy, we will post the updated version at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

By downloading or using EverShot Cam, you agree to the following terms.

License

BENTESTED LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use EverShot Cam on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Use the app to record individuals without their consent where such recording is prohibited by law.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you record using EverShot Cam, including ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents to record the people and places in your videos. BENTESTED LLC assumes no liability for the content you create.

Disclaimer of Warranties

EverShot Cam is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. BENTESTED LLC does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BENTESTED LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or recorded content.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
