If you believe content found on BenTested infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a DMCA Takedown Notice. Your notice must include the following information as required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512):

How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Send a written request to:

Subject Line: DMCA Takedown Request

Your notice must include:
   1.    Your contact information (name, mailing address, phone number, email).
   2.    Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
   3.    The exact URL(s) where the infringing material is located on BenTested.
   4.    A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner or the law.
   5.    A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
   6.    A physical or electronic signature of the copyright holder or an authorized representative.

Upon receiving a valid notice, BenTested will:
   •    Remove or disable access to the material
   •    Notify the alleged infringing party
   •    Take additional actions as appropriate under the DMCA

If you believe a takedown was issued in error, you may submit a counter-notification, and the DMCA process will proceed accordingly.
